* Clients working in ADE businesses are considered clients rather than staff within SupportAbility and are not required to hold a licence seat
* All staff that require access SupportAbility, need to be rostered or have HR details tracked against them require a licence seat
* Both the Setup Fees and the Annual Subscription Fees are billed in full from the date when we provide access to your new SupportAbility installation
