SupportAbility Subscription
Each annual SupportAbility subscription includes:
- Hosting SupportAbility in our state of the art data-centre
- All SupportAbility version releases and upgrades throughout the year as the product evolves
- Guaranteed compatibility with DHS and FaHCSIA standards and business requirements
- Unlimited access regardless of how many offices locations you have
- Covers access for up to 100 staff members (custom licensing available for more than 100 staff)
- Manage an unlimited amount of data including clients, employers, funding streams, placements and file notes.
- Remote nightly backups kept for a period of one month
- A live hosted version of your last nightly backup to use in the event of an emergency
- 1GB of storage for your uploaded client documents and photos

Setup includes getting your SupportAbility installation up and a running, 4 hours of training for your staff, and setting up administration accounts for your key staff.

Data Import
Use our data import service to help you migrate all your important data such as clients, employers & file notes into SupportAbility. We do this regularly for both the web and MS Access versions of Gemma.

Addition 1GB of data for your client documents and photos. Given that we store one month worth of backups for you, this means we're essentially giving you ~30GB worth of storage for each 1GB Additional Data Pack.
