  New Feature Journals can be set to contact or non-contact. Non-contact journals will not affect the client or employer's last contact date. An example of a non-contact journal is the automatic journals that are created when a subsidy is paid or a journal that you create when you ring someone and leave a message but no actual contact was made.
  New Feature Ability to export employers and include their contacts from the Employer List menu using the new 'Download Employer List With Contacts' option. You can select which contacts get exported with the new 'Include in Exports' checkbox on each employer contact record.

RecruitAbility v2.024

  New Feature Added ability to upload and attach documents to clients and employers.

Client document types can be edited in the 'Client Document: Document Type' list. Employer document types can be edited in the 'Employer Document: Document Type' list.

Information on how to use the new documents system is available on our support site.

There is also a new documents dashboard portal which can be activated from the SystemPreferences::Dashboard tab. The documents dashboard portal will show you which client and employer documents are due for creation and which documents are due to be revised.

Please note that additional remote storage may be charged for cloud hosted customers and customers who subscribe to our remote backups service if your total uploaded documents exceed 1GB. For these customers, we store a month's worth of your remote backups, so we're essentially including an extra ~30GB of data storage for you at no cost.
